unless u want to buy another spare unit for 1m and pay absd.
first property go for the best and max out.

It's a troll post la. On another thread he claims he earn 30k per month. 2k in cpf...
Everyone know cpf is 37% of your pay. So it's supposed to be 11k cpf.eben if you only count your own 20% cpf contribution... It's still just 6k.
So his math is wrong. Which means his facts is fake...

Just saying, CPF contribution is capped annually (i think around 30k plus) so you can't contribute 11k per month. His 2k plus is likely correct.
I think you guys never earn enough to encounter this issue so its understandable haha
