EC is an okie buy. If you want condo living ec is really affordable but dont expect to make much capital gains.

Canberra is a pretty average location. But this ec is close to mrt.
Overall this will be a very compeititve pricing as compared to better locations ec like sengkang. So if u desire brand new condo living at the lowest price possible in singapore, i think this is the best deal.

Hard to find any other deveopmemt that comes at this attractive price, close to mrt and brand new.

Canberra is bad. It is only 1 station away from yishun where there is a lot of ah beng with tattoo on their cheek and neck.

Like that Kallang and Paya Lebar are also considered bad by your standards since they are close to Geylang, yet the homes there are so popular.
