I just happened to come across this website. I must say the level of wealth in Singapore is quite staggering ( if what all these posters say ae true). Once converted into RM ( I come from Malaysia), almost everyone is a ringgit millionaire. Amazing.

We’re 36 and 37, married for 12 yrs blessed with 3 kids ages 10, 7, 4

CPF: 200k
Investment: 200k
Bond: 480k
Property: house $4,3 mil & condo $2,6 mil (rented out)

Loan: $1,7 mil & 1,5 mil condo

We own a business and worked very hard, live frugally (takes mrt and bus when we’re not under time constraint), we spend more for family vacation twice a year. Dont have any expensive hobbies either. Eat out once a week. We’re fortunate that we have our parents support us financially when we started out our business.
