I saw this cheapest new launch in 2019, there are tons of info in this developer site, you might want to check it out. Cheers [s://.thetreasureattampines-official.com/[/

Hello there, based on your income I can advise you to invest in property, gain some more money try not to spent, and then buy a house or an apartment, I know it's hard to believe but trust me, buildings are the best investment. I am investing in buildings, property and everything about housing like Florence Residences . I invested in an apartment there. I am 30 yrs old and my income is very good so if you are really interested to make money, listen to my advise.

buy a car, as flashy as possible
then find a rich girl that nobody wants
make her pregnant, then get married
divorce her after a few years get half her assets
then start living a good life

Your CPF special account pays 4% risk-free! consider that if you just want to park away money passively.

Otherwise, $2k a month sounds good for equities investing.. a REIT with good 5-6% annual returns might be useful for liquidity and for getting good passive income.

Default Safe investments

Have u considered topping up ur CPF Special acct and medisave acct to the current FRS( Full retirement sum) of 181k and BHS(Basic healthcare sum) of 60K? This will create ur financial safety net and you don't have to worry about losing $$ in stocks or properties.
