I am working as a Associate Scientist (Assistant Manager eqv.) in a pharma MNC. I will like to know how does my salary compares with my peers in comparable industry? I will like to know if going for a PhD will value-add to my profile. Age: 28 Gender: Male Education: Bachelor of Science from local public university Experience: 4 years Basic: SGD$5.2K Bonus: 1 month AWS + 3 months VB |

PhD will only help if your role is strictly research based.

Very limited utility. Spend 4 years with lousy stipend to get a nus PhD. Since ur job is mainly sales PhD won't help in selling.
If u really want a Dr in front of ur title can get it for 2k thru a mill. |
