Salary for M.tech software engg grads?
 

Hi all,

Thinking of applying for the mtech software engg programme at NUS but cant find much reliable data on employment statistics for these grads apart from Graduate Employment Survey 2016 (Published 2017) | Salary.sg - Your Salary in Singapore. Anyone experienced here can give me an idea of what the median salary is for such grads with no work experience or a 6 month internship after graduating?

Also, anyone here in the field can give an idea of what the jobs are like in terms of pay, hours, difficulty and security?

Why do you want to take a Masters?

I don't think a Masters adds much value in Software Engineering. A Bachelor is adequate.

Well, you are trying to venture into Data Science/Analytics then I think it might be worthwhile.

You have obviously made up your mind, so why not just go ahead?
