End of Year Bonus 2017

Hi friend, u read properly, I said...... plus anything is a bonus, never said 13th mth is a bonus. US military pay their services men/women every fortnightly. Singapore is monthly. Where is it stated Singapore civil servants pay is based on 4 weeks ?

This is only aws. Civil service still have pb at end of March which is not announced publicly.
12mths bonus in the private sector is limited to a handful jobs and also depend on how well the co n employee perform. Most in the private is max 4-6mths?

another uneducated talk from an ignorant person.

the average bonus in the private sector is about 1.5-2.4 months + aws according to surveys.

dont use the top 1% of the private sector and compare it with the average of the public sector.

Haha, just a friendly chat here, all dont be so hot. Yup 12 mth likely top 1% in private sector, a few of my friends 1.0 - 3.5 mths. So civil servant quite avaerage if 13th mth + July 0.5 + dec 0.5-0.75

u forgot to include performance bonus which is around 1.5 months for the average junior officer.

do u realise how stupid ur statement is? u r literately saying ppl who are not in the top 1% are uneducated. this include the countless ppl with PhD, leading academia and most professionals.

13th mth AWS + 0.5 July +0.5 - 0.75 Dec + perf. bonus say 1.5

abt 4 months for my sector.
