You may assume your application is unsuccessful if you did not hear from them.
Onky shortlisted candidates will be informed

See so many nonsense saying pay is 4.5-5k before perf bonus. Please don’t listen to all these ridiculous people. Its nowhere even close to what they offered

Spot on. It's ok, let them go interview first then be disappointed

I was offered in 2019. I can verify that it is 4.5k before perf bonus and before CPF deduction.

Hi, I recently applied not Long for the grad officer role as well, was wondering how Long do they take to contact you (if you get to the next round). It’s been about 1 week since my panel interview (3rd one I think), and I’m not sure if I should keep my hopes up on this.

If it's final round, usually a week. Best is to give HR a call. All the best!

New hire here but was only given $3,800 gross.
Is there a local uni honours differential? My hiring manager told me there isn’t. Im from SIM btw.

Might have a difference but cant confirm. You are actually drawing about 4.5 to 4.8k because a part of it will only be given to you after 1 year mark, thereafter, that portion gets subsumed into your gross base pay

Thanks for your heads up! I believe it’s not the final as there should be 1 more round of call? So the one I completed was the department interview (after the case challenge). Would it also be in a week since it’s been around 1.5 weeks now..
