Anyone knows IPOS is considered tier 3 or tier 2? Some of my friends say it is too small to be tier 2, but from what I know they hire good grads like the tier 2 boards.

tier 3 lar. Just because they hire good grads doesn't make them a tier 1 or 2.
I think a good indication of whether a stat board is tier 1 is how easy it is for their staff to move to the private sector.

cannot generalize. those support roles i agree is merely tier 3 or even lower. but legal oriented roles are comparable to tier 1 gov orgs.

not true. normal govt agencies have <3% headcount in legal dept whereas for ipos half of the workforce is from legal related dept.
