Default Stat board tiers

Here and there, i see mentions of tier 1 stat board blah blah blah...

Just curious, which tier does the following ones belong to?

LTA NEA URA HDB SLA BCA NPARKS NCSS HPB STB NLB CPF

Tier 1: MAS, EDB, maybe IMDA
Tier 2: URA, STB, IE
Tier 3: Everywhere else

technical stat boards like ASTAR and DSTA excluded

I am puzzled how people qualified tier 1,2,3.

First of all, the most important thing is how much $$$ you make. Who cares what tier your stat board is as long as the dollars are there?

Secondly if you are concerned about prestige/social hierachy, then the whole public sector is not even close. So what you are tier 1? Just an inkan bilis in a fishbowl that looks big.

Some people here really need to grow up from this sort of small minded 'sinkie' mentality. Be more forward looking, change driven and globalized in your career mentality. No wonder the big MNCs would rather bring in the more expensive expats into Singapore then hire locals.
