Is prospect in Sanctions compliance good? How to get in?
 

Interested to work in Sanctions compliance but there are not many openings on this. Even if have, its VP above.

Is working in Sanctions good and how to get in?

Then are u at vp level?
Usually those with law background or experience in sanctions from AML will find it easier to get in.
Alternatively go for junior roles in sanctions transactions screening if you're that desperate (but don't expect to be able to easily switch to sanctions advisory). A certain British bank in HK has an army of screening analysts sitting in China and HK to do this (but whether or not it's prospect is good is another matter)

I have 2 years of Transaction Monitoring. Ultimately i would want to go into Sanctions as it is my interest. Thus I would like to know is the prospect good in sanctions?
