Very much dependent on which industry and how big the scale of the company.
Could range from $3k to $6k, if you're lucky.

Secretary salary can vary a lot. At my investment bank, it can range from $2K to $8K. The $2K type does receptionist type work, while the $8K type works long long hours like 60 hrs per week and on weekends. Has to constantly organize difficult, complicated events, roadshows, conferences for difficult demanding people like salespeople, analysts, traders etc. What I've noticed is that most of these $8K ladies are older e.g., 35+ and usually unmarried and those who are married don't have children. They pretty much dedicate their life to the firm. They can get 6 months+ annual bonus.
