Have you considered switching to client facing roles, especially for those supermarket chains? You get a whole suite of experience from back end (like loading/unloading goods), middle office (like stocking shelves in the store front) and front end (where u get to interact with valuable clients, most of which are elderly)?

A friend advised me to switch to IT. To be honest, it was difficult at first, but very interesting. Besides, it's a pretty good salary.

Just go work for grabfood.

Grab food you can earn up to 7k per month
That's the real performance bonus

All other office job performance bonus is just nonsense.

Nope. I'm not doing very well actually. Now I need to constantly work long hours, the pay is ok, but the job isn't as interesting as I thought it would be

I also decided to change my profession. Although it would be more accurate to say the place of work. I have worked as a freelancer for over 10 years and have done various jobs, including programming, design, SEO, etc. Half a year ago, I decided to find a permanent IT job somewhere in the office in order to get a more or less stable salary and not worry about the fact that I may not have enough money to pay for rent in some months. My only problem was communication and the fear of having too much contact with people. So I decided to sign up for communication skills training in order to liberate myself and get the necessary skills. Now everything is fine, I was able to get a job, although it was quite difficult.
