Sharing bonus info for SME MNCs and glcs

Hi, This is a thread to consolidate all latest bonus info. Personally would like to know Sia group and ComfortDelGro/sbs last year. Thanks

The subsidiaries under SIA group receive different bonuses. Ill share them with you if you have something to contribute first

Hi, im unable to share any info as I am a job seeker and have worked with private companies before.

Would you mind sharing the bonus for the different SIA subsidiaries last year? Went for an interview with SIA Cargo.

SIA cargo...forget abt bonus...just pray there is no pay cut

SIA group paid out close to 5 months bonus last year, not sure about some of the subsidiaries.

It is hard to summarize whole of sia bonus as a lot of it depends on which business and department you are in. For eg. last year i know most of the ppl from sia eng receive 4+mths & about 1/4 of them were also eligible for a profit sharing special bonus which get another additional 5mths.

Wow I've seen people say that this thread is full of idiots peddling fake information, but now I've seen it first hand.

Excluding 1 month AWS, SQ parent airline had bonus of 1.9 months for FY1617, and around 2.4 for FY1718. SilkAir got more than 3 for both those FYs.

So I dont know what kind of **** people here are smoking. Better take everything here with a bucketfull of salt

Sorry 2.4 for FY1516****. And anyone with a brain who read that SQ lost money in 4Q FY1617 will know that 5 months is impossible

Dhl call centre business 0.8 to 1 mth for most people. Ranges from 0.5 to 3 myhs
