Do you feel outcast/left alone when you are serving resignation notice ?
I just threw my resignation letter last week. I am serving notice now.
I can't help but feel I am being outcast and ignored in office while the boss call in all other employees for a meeting and they were laughing and enjoying themselves in the conference room.
I feel so sad.
I resign is because I am not given growth opportunities and there is this HR woman who keep stealing my roles/duties and suck up the higher level people in the office. My office is a small small law firm anyway.
Can advise on how to behave professionally during tender period.
Just now I heard the HR woman told the boss she is so very happy and I know why. She has been trying to steal my rice bowl and now her wish has come true. I sarcastically texted her that ' I am even more happy'.
I know I am childish but I really can't help it. Why do bullies ALWAYS WIN ?
