Poly Diploma + 2 years exp
 
Background:

25yr old
mech engg diploma from sp
doing part time degree

first job basic 2.3 exec no OT...

Recently changed job, 2.7 exec no OT also.

With my diploma + 2yrs exp, this amount is it considered normal? or slightly below average? because I have some friends getting 3 and some exceeding 3.

Anyone with similar background care to share?

Pretty standard. BTW how come you 25 already only got dip + 2 years exp?

maybe is from ite track or got retain before. anyway to answer ts 2.7k for your age as dip holder is consider average for technical job and above average for non-technical.
