How will the mid year bonus be calculated?

If bonus is 0.5 months, then you will receive an additional amount of money = (0.5 x gross salary), along with your usual monthly salary in July. Deducting CPF contribution, the amount of money credited in your bank account in July would be (1.5 x net salary).

Although i just joined, i will still get the full amount of 0.5 mths mid year bonus? Not prorated?

If you joined for 1 month only, I Guess you will be getting rough 1/6 of 0.5mth?

Yea I just checked is prorated,

Eg, if basic = 1k, Bonus = (0.5*1k) /180 days (assuming 30days/mth) * no of days work.

So i started on 9th Jan 2017, meaning 0.5*1k/180*172.

what is your prediction for 2017 Year End Bonus?

0.5 mth lor what else.

Based on recent economic forecasts and previous years' payout, 1 month bonus on top of AWS
