Where are the jokers who had 'unofficial access' to PSC info and 'confirm chop + guarantee' that will be 0.3?

When you hit salary ceiling -
1) You will get mid-year and end-year bonuses declared in PSD website.
2) You will get "13th month" pay, unless, PSD decides otherwise for ALL civil servants.
3) You will get performance bonus (PB), which is based on your performance.
4) You will not get any merit increment- which means, your salary will stay at your current amount. You will need to cross the salary ceiling - and that is only if you are promoted - get at least 2 consecutive good PB grades.
Can I check your last 3 or 4 years Performance bonuses and increment values?

Ha! Similar situation as I. I guess we are the unfortunate souls who are the victims of the systemic failures of the civil service CEP ********. I have long since learnt to just chill and collect my good PB annually. Make the management work for their superscales...
