Hi bro and sis. Anyone knows what is their pay structure like for a technology role? Below is what i retrieved from a salary guide. Is it accurate?

Analyst/ Non-Officer
$60k - $90k
Associate/ AVP/ Manager
$90k - $120k
VP/ Sr. Manager
$120k - $220k

Average across all of Singapore possible, but JPM should be quite higher. For e.g. the max of AVP there is definitely not just 120k, some of the longer serving AVP can hit 200k. And also no way a VP max out at 220k, thats even lower than the local banks.

Too low, this more like UOB pay structure.

Can you provide the accurate guide? Do you work in the bank?

Hi,

I was someone who worked before in JPM. The figures there are correct for technology at the analyst rank. Please ignore the above poster. UOB does not pay 60k annual for fresh grads (5k) in technology.

However, Associate 2 (AVP equivalent) higher bound is higher than what is stated. I should also mention that in technology, not all VPs are actually managers: many of them are technical specialists, and are more than happy to remain so. Executive Directors (SVPs) are definitely managing however.

Other than the fresh grad hire, the rest is wrong by wide margin.

TS - who gave you this pay structure? Is it their HR or you download from website?

I don't know. It does look like range tonne. Lowest to highest. If average, you won't be seeing such a bit difference.
