Is it something like this?

cannot be lah, range quite off. also the report never mention anything abt JPM at all, just finance industry. this kind of free report from agencies dun take it too seriously.

SE (tech) analyst ~60k base (standard rates across US banks)
Goes through 2 year programme, good performers promoted to ~85k
Progression is
Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, VP, ED, MD
Best way to enter is Code for Good hackathon -> Internship -> FT conversion
Estimate at least 60% of FT is from intern
Direct hires into FT programme face stringent coding interviews
