Get good grades and start networking. There are many direct hires from SIM-UOL in MO/BO.
As for graduate programs only have a few (about less than 10 over the years) but still doable if you work hard. One guy actually managed to jump to IBD covering Asia FIs from the MO program.

Baby steps. First try to land a bank traineeship, then your dream DBS GA placement followed by foreign bank then mb you can attempt top-tier BB. Can try to ask your NUS seniors for help.
