I think 5k sounds fair. Anything above is really if youre on some special scheme. heck economist track starts u off at 4.8k as a fresh grad. so depends on where u are..

hi all, need your advice pls.
what is the average duration before promotion for a fresh grad on mx12? i.e. manager to senior manager/exec manager...
2 years, 3 years? i am worried abt career progression and dun want the situation where i am still a lowly manager after 5-7 yrs.

With NS, your first promotion will be faster. After that, it depends on your performance. If you are a "C" grader, your promotion path is normal. If "B" grader, it's accelerated. Also, those selected for leadership path are from constant B graders.

How old are you? Have you already working before you got your pte degree?
Is stat board so slack?
Your 6k is basic or include bonus?
