yes that is right...Every degree holders is on the management track. Because MX = Management Executive. So they are literally on the management track....Even MX13 and MX12.

2005 - 1800 (Pte)
2007 - 2400 (Public)
2008 - 2900 (Public)
2009 - 3200 (Public)
2010 - 4200 (Pte)
2011 - 5200 (Pte)
2013 - 6000 (Pte)
Still not doing that well as compared to many on this forum, but happy to dig my way out of the low starting pay.
And I think pte and public doesn't matter, really depends on whether your boss likes you.

I recently joined civil service... and I have graduated in 2011. Was it a wrong move?
2011: private govt linked - 2900 (0 allowance)
2012: private MNC - 5000 (1200 allowance + 5k sign on bonus)
2013: private MMC - 5500 (1200 allowance)
Now: civil service - 5000 (2000 allowance)

1 years from 2011 to 12 jumped 2k? what is the allowance component? private give sign on bonus?

guys may i ask if all ministry and stat board inform that you are not shortlisted for interview if u applied on their website? Or some won't event inform you if u are rejected.
