there are some mx 11 stuck for 5 years i dont know why.... i intern a while and i saw some stuck for damn long..

CS career advancement is based on 3 factors. CEP, PG and lastly availability of post. You can be getting superb perf grade and have high CEP but if your department is small, you can still get stuck...

Title Confusion
Can someone enlighten me regarding the following titles in the public service/stat boards?
Deputy Director v. Assistant Director
Deputy Manager v. Assistant Manager
Aren't they synonymous? And yet, one is higher rank than the other. Confusing....

Job (ministry) is related to my qualifications. Female.
BA (double major) - top Australian Uni
PgradDip - another Australian Uni
MSc - top London Uni
Relevant working experience: 2 years and 9 months
Non-relevant working experience: 8 months
Internship: 6 months

base on your info, the ministry will offer you 3-3.2k @ MX12 grade, base on assume 3 years relevant exp, pass degree, no- NS.
