Is 2.7% increment considered as the norm for a c performer?

Hi what are some of the general benefits offered as part of the civil service for considering a job here? Eg medical coverage etc

It defers from place to place, but sounds about right. Range is approx 3-5%

anyone knows if you can get PB upon expiry (not resignation) of contract, which happens before the requisite stay usually until end-Apr?

you will get your PB.

I’m drawing 5k plus in private and AGD offer me $200 lower for base pay. Understand that agd have mid year, end year, aws, PB and annual market adjustment for professional scheme which add up to 4-5 months bonus. Do you think is ok? feel sad that base decreases

Should compare annual remuneration.. btw, $200 lesser is not very bad..

Currently private is around 12 months base + 1.5-2 months bonus. Whereas AGD is around 16.5-17 according to HR

$200 x 14 mth is only $2.8k; equivalents to only about 0.5mth

Understand but is it normal for the base to decrease? Just wondering if I didn’t negotiate well.
