there is another champion grad in 2007 july with 2nd upper male in ministry, MX scheme

getting 5.7k as of after the april merit increment, in just under 5 years, he only hit 5 years exp by june 2012.

The job "manager" at STB sounds like a high paying job. I wonder if the starting pay is around $4k?
