Default SFA salary scale

Could someone who is with SFA or know someone there shed some light on SFA salary scale?

Is it same as MX scheme?

Is a SFA DD MX10 equivalent? And AD MX11-MX11A equivalent?

Deciding between a Ministry AD MX11A role vs SFA DD role. Ministry HR is moving faster and has made verbal offer. SFA 2nd interview arranged in Jan.

SFA follows MX scheme. What's your current position? Background?

under no illusions that nus ntu is the top tier for hirer.

will still like to find out if studying for part time SUSS degree really useful in CS? the few ones I know of end up leaving service and join private company instead once / after they got their degree.

Current position in private sector

Previously from a specialised scheme at grade 11 but last drawn was near to MX11A ceiling. 9 years experience there.

Left in 2019 but now thinking of going back. Poached by big towkay but later fell out with them. Now at an interim private sector job.

The thing is after leading teams outside I don’t feel like going back as 11A to be a worker. But I’m not sure if I can get the DD position as SFA DDs all seem much older or scholars. I’m just a faster farmer

Keen on moving from private to public service.

Do they look at years or last drawn pay?
