Stat board easier chance. The pay difference isn't much unless at like EDB or MOF

PB, AVC and AWS. That's all. Even the PB quantum is the same.
how come you guys think LTA pays more? Or it is mean to say all other SBs pay lesser than Ministry

Maybe it’s the structure and pay scale?
Anyone care to share what are the job grades of LTA, engineer and non-engineer, as well as the corresponding pay scale?
Perhaps grade-for-grade, LTA pays higher than MX.

Depends on agencies itself, most still prefers those from ntu/ nus thou they don’t said it out loud.

Stat boards have more liberty to decide their pay, where else Ministries are bounded by a strict formula.

LTA MYB, YEB, 13th Mth and PB is the same as ministry. the differentiator is the MAC which is given to engineering scheme only. a good at least 50% of LTA staff is on similar pay range and package as ministry, hence there is no reason to say that LTA "pay is already very high"
