But not many seem grateful for that. I hope you are in the civil service with this kind of attitude and mindset, because this "don't think too much, don't complain, don't ask difficult questions, just blindly trust the system, just be appreciative and be thankful with what you are given" is exactly what the civil service needs

Happy for those who received the increments. Its a challenging time to be working in civil service now. As for me, I work in CAAS but the stat board is currently reviewing the adjustment. Hopefully there will be good news.

I am 42 and MX11A at a stat board. Not sure if I could reach MX10 upon 62. A lot of deadwoods up there who refused to move.

To be honest, I am not sure if the salary range provided here is accurate or not. For MX11A, its way too low.
