The SB split the grade into 2...MX11 to MX11A and MX11B, MX10 to MX10A and MX10B.
Ceiling for MX11A - $7k, MX11B - $8.5K, MX10A - $10K, MX10B - $11.5K.
Designed to make you more desperate for promotion or keep you stagnated at current position and cannot earn more. Lol....

Which statboard is that?
Could one reach 10A at least as a natural progress, or is that 10A restricted strictly to appoint holders such that if there is no opening, no one could reach that 10A?
