Hi anyone joined/in MOE on MX scheme and not specialist scheme. How's the progression like for MX, do they lag behind the specialist scheme in terms of pay and progression?

As a follow public service, ya I notice this year my PB of 2months, C grade is less than 3%. Slightly better than ur 2.5% which so much lower than my average 4,5 percent.

How to negotiate salary if you decide to resign and join instead of mopo? How much should I ask for? Is 10% or 20%? If you manage to jump job grade too, how did you negotiate for it? Can anyone share tips?
