Cannot see salary on HRP now? Last time pac@gov can see salary and scale (ceiling) now like cannot find such function. They make it on purpose not to let people see salary scale and ceiling now (and also nom-pensionable component etc etc). I thought it is a very basic and salient feature of salary information and not something that a vendor could easily ‘miss out’ when building HRP?

Agree that it was too obvious a feature to have been left out of HRP by mistake. Pretty sure it is possible to find out if taken the trouble to email HR. But the question is, why make it inaccessible by default?

The vendor builds the system based on the customer’s requirements.
Everybody thought somebody checked the requirements, but no one really knows.
Perhaps members of the public should question the amount of time, effort and tax payers’ money spent on this project, and if it was steered in the right direction in the first place, given all the issues faced.

C+ gets 2 month of PB at my level.
I think this is above average, average should be C with 1.5 month.
Other than that you get the typical mid and end year + AWS that you see announced on the news.
For engineering roles between certain levels you also get MAC but this amount is totally random.
