Is there any pay grade above mx9 in civil service for non admin service? If not, means the ceiling is only 16K monthly basic?

There is MX 8 and MX 7. There may be officers who are non-scholars but yet perform well enough to reach the high grades.

Most likely no adjustment... They will always say that after engaging a consultant to carry out a salary review.. They have once again con-firmed that the salary of lower-rung civil servants are already in-line with the national median wage... Not yet time for election.. You've got 5 more years to repent...

No, the consultants will propose pegging to median 1000 earners and with a discount of 40% because 40% is the proportion of opposition voters.

Net result: Pay cut is expected.

Default mkt adjustment

ive only heard that my agency was conducting a salary review. this was late last yr.

historically, does this adjustment include Merit Increments?? Or can we expect a separate MI using the adjusted pay as a base ??

obvsly the latter is more favourable heh
