What’s the notice period for leaving? If I have more leave than the notice period can cover, can I encash the remaining leave or will it be forfeited? If I want to get the upcoming performance bonus, when is the earliest that I can leave?

Your last day can only be on the 30th April. your notice period can be 1-2 mths, check with your HR would be best.

Tiagong GT senior level just few hundred bucks different from fresh grad.
Hard to justify paying more than 5.5k to train a fresh grad with no work experience.
