Hi all, i recently joined a ministry and in my appointment letter i noticed there is a ‘salary range’ and ‘salary scale’ and my salary fall within the ‘salary scale’. Can advise what this means especially in terms of upcoming merit increment? TIA!

This is dependent on your base pay. Can be $250 to $400.

The further away you are from salary ceiling, the higher the merit increment.

Hi, anyone works/knows anybody who works in PSD?? How much do their entry level officers earn for a FCH holder from a local U?

how does one check for the salary ceiling? is this indicated in the portal?
also, if salary ceiling is 6.5k, what is the respective MX level? MX12? or MX11?

Is NRF a good place to work in terms of workload, career opportunities and progression?
