actually possible.. annualised per month i suppose he mean average per month after including bonus.. given the rest and years he took.. he or she suppose to be around 35 plus.. 120+k per annum id definitely realistic

btw, assuming he is a poly grad, he should be around 37 this year.. this progression is average

Look at the jumps over the last 3 years. You believe a company would actually pay outsized increments? In the declining hospitality sector no less.
