Seems to be for fresh grads only, because they probably received depressed starting pay this/last year. Seems to apply to both ministries and statboards.

if both are perm job, just go for B.

B. Just go for the higher pay. Skills can be picked up as long as the employer gives the opportunity, which they did in this case.

mine is 150 but i am not a fresh grad.
i think it is not across the board, only for specific skillset

Say after 10 yr experience and just average performer (non scholar, not top performers)
