I see. Unfortunately aws is not a legal requirement, so it's really up to the company. Depending on the total package and culture, may be better to keep a lookout for better opportunities when the job market improves.

Don’t laugh leh. May be SME, but I got a decent starting pay of 4K as a fresh grad, non-stem. It was the first offer I had and have to grab due to concern over poor job market. But agree with the other poster, will make use of a year or so here to gain some experience before seeking better opportunities.

Currently offered an AM post in a Stat board.
Was a temp staff (Senior Executive) for about a year and successfully got an Assistant Manager level post. I was also informed that I will be under MX12 with about 3.7-3.8k.
However, HR told me that my prior experience although relevant will not be considered as it is under casual experience.
Total work experience under 1 year and got second upper class honours for my degree.
Can I check if this is the norm?

Similar situation as you, education and all except that I worked slightly >1 year. Offered same range as you for MX12 position.

In LTA, what is the difference between a Senior Executive and a Principal Executive title? Also, what are the equivalent MX grades of these two titles? Thanks!

Hi guys! I'm a fresh grad and got offered $3850 at a Ministry. Wondering if it's the norm to be offered a salary that's $xx50? I thought it's usual $xx00? Thanks!

Normal. I started out with $xx70 at statboard.

Hi all, just wondering as a fresh graduate who is likely to get an offer from a stat board, is there any room in negotiating? If so, how much should I increase the offer by? E.g. 20% increase but hope for 10%? Or is it frowned upon by employers.

Don’t think there’s any room for negotiation as they compute the initial salary based on a formula.
