Are civil servants entitled to AWS or the 13-mth bonus when still under probation period? I want to compare with my private company which said they will not give for staff under probation. Is this the norm in the private or public sector? Really pathetic and sad.

Not the norm. I had it when I was in Cs, and also in the current company which is an mnc.
Its just prorated based on date joined.
Are you with an sme or startup?

an average performer
mx13 to 12, 2yrs
mx12 to 11, 3yrs
mx11 to 11a, 5yrs
mx11a to mx10, 8yrs
mx10 lower to upper, 10yrs or more
mx10 upper to mx9, forever wont reach if you are a farmer and avg performer
