Thanks! After manager will be senior manager? Can it be a one year jump to senior manager? Or it will take quite a while.

Hi y’all.
I’m 35 this year. Used to be in the SPS. I’m now working in a tech company and drawing 220k annually. 200k on 16 month basis. 20k for stocks.
Am looking at joining the SPS as a DD. Want to contribute to nation building eg at EDB. Would the SPS be able to match?
Thanks!
