CPF pay scale
Hi anyone know what is the pay scale and rank structure in CPF?

Pay grade: MX9 (Superscale)
Job title: Deputy Director, Director
Salary scale: S$11,110 – S$15,280 / S$15,280 – S$17,370
Pay grade: MX10
Job title: Assistant Director, Deputy Director
Salary scale: S$7,000 – S$9,980 / S$9,980 – S$11,470
Pay grade: MX11
Job title: Manager, Assistant Director
Salary scale: S$4,740 – S$7,115 / S$7,115 – S$8,305
Pay grade: MX12
Job title: Assistant Manager, Manager
Salary scale: S$2,945 – S$5,925
Pay grade: MX13
Job title: Management Executive
Salary scale: up to S$3,000 for fresh graduates

guys, for the higher roles if you hit the ceiling limit for your grade, does that mean from that year onwards, you will get no increment?
eg. If you are a director,and you hit the 17,370 limit already, does that mean you will never get higher than that from then on? considering being promoted from director upwards is quite tough

How fast does it take to be promoted actually? 2 years or 3? consecutive B?
Can anyone shed some light on this?

in a stat board school i have seen good performers not get promoted since they came in over 5 years ago

sorry you mean consistently B for 2 yrs then will get promoted?
possible to get B in first year for contract, then B for second year after "emplacement" or extension (?) and then get promoted?

So how much are they paying for private degrees with 2 years experience in construction? At least I know the range before applying for MOM jobs. Looking at MOM Officer or maybe some relevant departments with my relevant experience.
