3.5k is the pay for FCH w/o NS. Friends with no good honours or 2nd upper getting low 3ks.

3.5k is actually quite close to those 2nd upper w NS.

dont worry too much. if there is a genuine pay cut for fresh grad, then it should also have lower increment for all PS and CS staff..

after covid recover, there should be a exercise to adjust our salary back.

how much are you expecting? Even FCH males get only 3.5-3.8k and that's with NS

They havnt cut. This is the normal rate.

2 or 3 years ago we had one girl, fresh grad with FCH, based on what she said, she was given $3.6k at MX13.

If there was a cut due to wuhan means cut $100.

Of course, there may be other factors at play which resulted in the $100 difference.

she might mean 3.6k including $100 mobile allowance

fresh grads and mid career with no niche skills have no bargaining powers in any interview be in public or private. its a take it or leave it situation

Plenty, especially interns or temp staff who are employees of their recruitment agency. They will not be using their school or recruitment agency email to interact with MOP.
