8K per month will equate to around 8 x 16 a year during normalcy. In the current situation, probably 15 months per year is a better approximation. Thereabouts.

DD can decide who to hire? Minimally a SD bah.

DD (mx9) and me (mx10) is the one who shortlist for interview.
Decision to hire will be GD aka C level. There is no such designation SD in my SB.
first interview is RO (me) + DD
second interview is DD + D
final interview is HR, DD, D + GD

Some SB first year can reach 8-10k gross.
Eg. 5.5k * 18 months = 99k
99k / 12 = 8.25k gross monthly

yes, if the gross refer to this.. almost all PS will reach within 10 yrs, regardless of scheme
