Hi, does gpa class honours still matter in the public sector even if you have worked in a ministry for 5 years or so? Like does the honours class still impact your starting salary when looking for a new job in another min/sb? Or does the years of working experience determine ur starting salary?

yup that's what i was saying. the allowance is roughly 200+ and they are not included in the bonus. but it is included every month so the overall package is slightly lower. notice that i mention the annual package is not 5300 * 15 (exclude AVCs) because allowance is not included.

Not true, it depends on other factors, it might be lower than 5.3, to as low as 4.2
