Hi,

Would like to check if anyone knows what’s the salary of an Assistant Manager in NEA or what can I expect? I have work experience of 3-4 years, degree graduate in 2017 (Second Upper).

Thanks!

you went to Australia to study? please don't tell me you classify RMIT as Australia uni. its a private uni tho. maybe that's why the HR says its not recognized?

I'm also a degree holder from SIM (studied part time) and now employed in a stat board, previously ministry. I've been involved in the hiring process a few times, interviewing and evaluating people. For non entry-level positions, even though qualifications are important, what's more important is experience and hiring decisions are often, if not all of the time, based on relevant work experience, character and attitude. I myself have been hired based on relevant past experience even though there are other candidates with much higher qualifications.
