I've just received a 2 year contract offer in CS. Does that mean that my monthly salary is fixed for two years? Or is there still increament during my 2 year contact?

Under mx scheme
3 years exp
Non local degree cert
Will they take into acc previous salary drawn?
Which means if offered is max mx13 pay range
MAX 4K?

Market Adjustment Component... Not restricted to any Min or SB, but it is usually provided as a means for quick adjustment to keep pace with fast changing industries such as IT and certain specific areas of Engineering (which I am unsure).
