I think this is a very good guess. My only disagreement is with the matching of MX 12 and MX 11. The uniform grp is having their annual promotion soon. It appears that DSP is equivalent to MX 11. Insp - ASP2 all lumped under MX 12.

SLTC/LTC/SUPT =MX9/10
LTC and SUPT has several grades. The upper range of LTC is superscale grade.

looks correct based on basic pay range. but i think uniform group (at least for army) for other combat or appointment allowance.. so a MAJ usually earn in the range similar to mx10 instead of mx11a

Good point on the comparative pay range, as SAF does pay more.
But this is more about equivalent pay scale.
E.g. a major crossing over to mx will in all likelihood be on 11 or 11A.

i thought mx11 is AD, mx11A is SAD, mx10 is head/DD
but i have the same game with the mx to uniform group mapping

if there is no change from 3 years ago, it is mapped to mx11a.
