U will need two C+ to cross the bar.

2018: B (promoted to MX10) (8.38% promo and MI inclusive)
2019: C+ (5% MI)
2020: C+ (2.8% MI), just about $400+ shy of the bar

Wah the cs here all so high rank, no wonder pay cut so much... thought only Low rank like me visit this forum
