Compare civil service salary

Hello guys, if you were a fresh grad with FCH and had these offers, which would you pick and why?

1. Civil service, higher starting pay
2. A corporate role at a MNC (HR, corp comms etc), lower starting pay but possibly better progression

Asking for a friend (kidding, asking for myself).

From the post in forum, looks like more progression in public than private
I'm one example worked 8 years same title no progression.

Yes. Dun be surprised they even bring out the file should you managed to clear the first huddle for interview. That was what my friend experienced and the interviewers gave him a hard time.. In the end, he was not selected.

ADP is one rank above the Management Associates. Usually MAs get promoted to ADP within 2 years after joining ESG.
