Was in diploma scheme then (when it existed), didn't affect increment PB and increment.

Do all stat board jobs have a monthly variable component? Mine is quite high and i scared they will cut if economy is no good

Difficult to say for this year though as the outlook seems worse than 2009. Guess will only know in the 1st week of Apr
